It does not mean that there is something wrong with you when you choose counselling or therapy, but instead, it shows that you care enough about yourself to prioritise your own wellbeing. You can choose which therapy or activity works best for you: individual (in-person or online), group (in person or online), or maybe you just want to do a casual workshop to promote your own wellbeing.
